You can try the DX uninstaller from TweakTown, http://www.tweaktown.com/files.shtml
you can try that but i don't know if it will work. From what ive heard only a complete reinstall of your OS will work.
No it willn't work but you can do this reinstall Win2000 rigth over the top of it reapply SP1 & that done deal.
