Anyone use Godmine software

This is a discussion about Anyone use Godmine software in the Windows Software category; We are having a problem with Goldmine 4. 0. it locks up when downloading emails. . . if we use auto retrieve it workd most of the time. Anyone have any suggestions. I called techsupport and they can't figure it out either.

We are having a problem with Goldmine 4.0.
