At least in desktop computers, there's a way to reset bios by moving the jumpers from one set of pins to another set for a few seconds. This jumper is by the CMOS battery in computers ive seen. If the 133 stands for the processor speed of the laptop, its recent enough that there might be the jumper. I dont know if this is true cause ive had a couple of laptops, but the newest one had a 130 meg hard drive in it and the other one just had memory chips in it and a couple of floppy drives.
Try to see if you can reset the bios with the jumpers. That all I can give you to go on.
