Asus Beta 2K driver (6600), no TV OUT?
This is a discussion about Asus Beta 2K driver (6600), no TV OUT? in the Windows Hardware category; I installed Asus 3. 76 Beta 1 6600 Driver yesterday but I couldn't get TV Out to work. Is this normal? The TV Tab is in the Display Properties, but it's grayed out. I just wanted to know if it's normal.

I just wanted to know if it's normal. Other than that, everything else seems to work fine.

I remember reading somewhere about the tv tab being activated when there is a tv plugged into it. The card I believe can detect this. This may be the case with those drivers. Just an Idea.

Thanks for the reply. I do have a permanent connection to the back of the TV and when I switch to Win98 partition, I can use TV-Out. Maybe it's beta driver, therefore, TV-Out is not implemented yet.
It'd be nice though since if I can get TV-Out to work in Win2k, then I can get rid of Win98 partition.

I have the same problem. Guess it's not implemented yet. grrrr.
