Why do u want them? Overclocking? Can't u use the nVIDIA drivers instead?

The 3.75 drivers are the only ones that worked for me in most of my games. All other drivers (from Asus or Nvidia) won't let me play any D3D titles. In fact, all I can play right now is FPS games (running in OpenGL). That's seriously aggravating.
I've checked the Asus site numerous times, and they only have the newer drivers available for Win2k.
(That link is broken right now, BTW).
Can anyone help me out?
