ATI driver for w2k hang on

This is a discussion about ATI driver for w2k hang on in the Windows Hardware category; After i've installed the ati driver for my rage fury 32 mo (it works quite well), my system began to hang on (the mouse do not move - CTRL ALT SUPPR didn't respond), so i just could reboot (first w2k crash 8) ) but i was surprised when the same happened 10 minutes later ! Are there known problems with ATI drivers? ...
