ATI Rage Pro and "Stand by" mode

This is a discussion about ATI Rage Pro and "Stand by" mode in the Windows Hardware category; I've got an ATI 3d Rage Pro AGP 2X display device, and i can't have my computer go to stand by mode. The OS tells me that it can't initiate Standby mode because of the ATI driver, which, according to Windows 2000, is reluctant to allow the standby mode.
