B17 Flying Fortress

You didn't specify if this was the "original" B-17 from MicroProse or it's recent sequel. If it's the original try installing/setting it up with no audio first. Also, a little more detail than "it doesn't work" might help (IE: Locks up at title screen, blank screen at startup, starts up and then crashes with error ###,etc...)
 
Also, try starting this from a full-screen command prompt, otherwise you'll lose any error reports generated.

If its the sequel which is a pretty good game i could never get it working either, it wouldnt even load, just gives some error. If anyone has it working can you tell me how please?

THe only way I can get B-17 to run is to run the game.exe.
Running B-17.exe or setup.exe always generates errors.
At least it will run, you just can't setup the graphics etc. but your joystick will work. There is also a 25meg patch for download,but I haven't done it yet (56k)
