BackUPS Office 350 Problems..
This is a discussion about BackUPS Office 350 Problems.. in the Windows Hardware category; I recently got a APC BackUPS Office 350 and attached it to my com1 port via the serial cable provided. However, my system thinks that it running on battery and attempts to shutdown the system, and usually does.
I recently got a APC BackUPS Office 350 and attached it to my com1 port via the serial cable provided. However, my system thinks that it running on battery and attempts to shutdown the system, and usually does. I've tried both Powerchute plus 5.2.1 and the native Windows 2k UPS manager, and both do the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix this problem??
