This is a discussion about BE6-II in the Windows Hardware category; I have this BE6-II motherboard from Abit recently purchased and installed on my computer which runs only Win2k final release. I was wondering if there's any way to get the Winbond Hardware Doctor that comes with the motherboard and monitors temperature and fan speeds within the OS to work in Win2k.

If not, maybe another program that would do the same function.

grab a copy of Motherboard monitor 4.18 ... theres betas of version 5 out, but personally i HATE the new interface
i have a minor problem with it tho (4.x and 5) that it doesnt seem to be able to accuratly constantly report the temperature. the voltage and fan speed works fine, but the temp will jump from between low 30's to low 50's and back again in a matter of seconds.
if you work this one out, lemme know
