I have a AMD Socket A 1000Mhz TBird & Asus V7700 GeForce2. I am running a dual boot of WinMe & Windows2000 Pro on a MSI K7T Pro Mobo. You can now get the MSI K7T Mobo with ATA100 support, and they are soon coming out with the K7T Master with onboard U160 SCSI. This board is rock solid, I haven't had a single problem with it, it was very easy to setup in both Win98/ME & Win2K. It does havew onboard sound, I disabled mine. It has 6 PCI, 1 AGP, & 1 CNR. One of the main reasons I bought the board was that it was one of the only boards that had 6 PCI at the time. The board DOES NOT have any multiplier dip switches or any options in the BIOS for Multiplier changes, so the only way to OC your CPU is by the FSB, which is only stable up to 107Mhz, I can run my TBird 1000Mhz at 1070Mhz. I have been very happy with this board, it is very stable, and has alot of othe twaeking options in the BIOS. OCing isn't really my thing anyway, besides, you really can't much more out of a 1GIG cpu anyway without making the rest of your componants unstable at higher FSB Settings. The highest that the voltage can go is 1.85v, if OCing is your thing, I would recommend the Asus A7V or the ABIT KT7, otherwise, I really like the MSI K7T Pro, I mat actually sell mine and get the K7T Master for the onboard U160 SCSI controller so that I can eliminate my Adaptec 29160 SCSI card because I am getting an Adaptec 3200S SCSI U160 RAID card for my HD's and I need a separate controller for my optical SCSI Drives, Plextor 12/4/32 CD-RW & Plextor 40X SCSI CD ROM

What does your system information say?
I have no problems with ACPI in win2k, but I have some problems in winME.
Do you have ACPI enabed? Could you post your Sharing/Conflicts information (your winME information)?
thanks for any info
here is my information:
Last time it was enabled, in devicemanager, I choose "Refresh" and it gave a blue-screen error message. Something about "SCSI port failed". I dont have anything SCSI on this computer.
Its working perfect in win2k.
Please help me
