Simply use NAV 2000, it works great. This is especially interesting, because a lot of the other anti-virus products refuse installation on a server OS version. Mostly you have to buy a special (expensive) server-version.

Norton AV 7.0 Corporate runs great on Win2K Pro, and the remote tools appear to function correctly on Win2K Server.
