Beta Driver
This is a discussion about Beta Driver in the Windows Hardware category; Does anyone know if anyone has written a beta or homemade driver for an Intel PC Camera Pro for Windows 2000? Also, does anyone know a good place to search for rare, beta, or homemade drivers? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well the driver guide at http://www.driverguide.com is a good place to start. I'm afraid you're not being very specific, perhaps if you describe what the device does, someone might stand a better chance of helping you.
here is a link for you fernando. It has some info for the PC camera Pro Pack.

My apologies for not knowing what the device was - but I'm afraid I can't help that as you can't buy it in my country.
Actually driverguide is a particularly good place to find various drivers, especially those which are obscure. If you take the time to delve into its resources, you'll find that it has a driver discussion board for just about every manufactorer out there. If it hadn't been for the Creative Labs discussion board for instance, I would never have found how to get my creative DXR3 decoder card working under Win 2k - something I have seen a lot of requests for under this forum.
I suggest in the future you look at the site with a little more care and attention, you many find as do many others that it doesn't suck and carried a wealth of useful information!

Good news! I tore apart a Win98 and Win2K machine and managed to assemble a hacked version of the TWAIN drivers so at very least you can use it with your favorite graphics editing program or anything that supports TWAIN. If you have what Win2K recognizes as an "Intel USB Video Camera III", go to: http://web.tampabay.rr.com/andrew/intel_camera_fix.htm for info on getting the patch.
