This is a discussion about Bit OT! in the Windows Software category; A bit off topic, but does anyone now of a small utility that can go through my Favourites folder and test all my bookmarks to see if the sites still exist? Then I can select which ones to delete etc etc.

Would take me a few hours to do it manually, and quite frankly I have better things to do.

Compass is one such utility, haven't tested it under XP though, but its great with W2K. Shareware, you'll find it at http://www.softgauge.com/compass/
Another one is called Linkman, haven't tried that one.
