Yeah, I had a problem with it, and had to uninstall or keep an "IRQ not equal or less"
error crashing to BSOD, when connecting to the internet,after that the second attemp to connect the Internet via local LAN (cable-modem network card) works fine ?
Tired of crashing every time I want to go to net i just dumped it....

BlackICE works like crap under 2K. NT was fine, no problems...i suggest switch to a more serious firewall, like @Guard
Black Ice Defender 2.1u was the first non-beta Win2k version; the current version for all supported OpSys's is 2.1x

Black Ice Defender 2.1u was the first non-beta Win2k version; the current version for all supported OpSys's is 2.1x-works just fine on my w2k system, though I still prefer Zone Alarm.
blackice works just fine for me on win2k.had it for about 3 weeks now and not a prob...
