Anyone got any of these devices to work?

1) WACOM tablet (any driver?)
the 450rc1 driver installs and runs, but the control panel applet won't run: "unable to load resource file" or something

2) Canon Lbp660
no driver, winnt4 driver won't install either
maybe the inf files can be hacked to install under w2k?!

3) any gigabyte athlon board problems?
i can't restore hibernate data, the pc locks up after the progress indicator is at 100%

I have a wacom penpartner and it's detected by win2k however most of the attempts to isntall the software result in it not being detected. However i have had it installed, i have yet to figure out the circumstances that change when win2k decides it wants to let you install the software.

I got my Wacom serial PenPartner working in Windows 2000 using the 4.40 driver still available on their web site ( http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/index.html#pc)... The installation worked fine.

With version 4.50 I was having the same problem as you; it didn't worked.
