I get this error in the event log upon every reboot.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7026
Date: 4/6/2000
Time: 10:06:13 PM
User: N/A
Computer: MW1
Description:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:

Does anyone know what it means, if it is important, or how to fix it?

Those are 2 services used by your hollywood plus, I have the same error....don't worry about it....I would suggest checking for updated win2k hollywood plus drivers.

OP
Thnaks. I just figured that out. I think I also linked my standby/hibernate problem (the options are missing) to the hollywood+. Are there any new drivers that don't exhibit these problems? I was very excited when Sigma came out with beta drivers, some final "official" drivers would be nice too, now that win2k has been out for months.
