Hello,

since you're on a small LAN, use these:

192.168.000.001 and 192.168.000.002
255.255.255.000 and 255.255.255.000

Also, check to see if your hub has a switch somewhere on it to switch between 10 or 100Mbps.

Another thing is, in Network properties of your NIC, make sure that neither of your NICs are set to 10Mbps, set them to Auto Negotiation, if that doesnt seem to work, set them all to 100Mbps Full Duplex

Maybe it's a limit of the architecture of the cards....ISA cards use a low speed bus, and the system simply cannot follow the entire flow of info at 100 Mbit....
Also keep in mind that the Win2k compatibility with ISA cards is kept as a last chance from Microsoft, they're going to a system architecture ISA-free...

I'd like a link to be posted to the place tha claims they make a 10/100 ISA network card. It's simply not done.

ISA has a bus bandwidth limit of 25MB/s. That's Obviously why you DON'T see 10/100 ISA cards out there. And... why you can't get 100Mbit to work.

192.168.0.1 for localhost
255.255.255.0

192.168.0.2 for other computer
255.255.255.0

the ip`s really doesnt matter if your not using a PROXY server you can use 192.168.0.45 or 198.200.100.4 really the ip dosent matter if your not using it for PROXY but the isa cards some of the the go up to 10mpbs and not full 100
