yes, but it will be "underclocked". e.g. a 1 GHz CPU (7.5*133) will only run at 750 MHz on a 100 MHz bus....

Well if you use 133mhz ram chips, it should run fine. I'm doing it with a p3 600b processor for two months and haven't had many problems caused by the processor, only random errors that seemed to fix themselves after a reboot
