cant use fonts like sevenet or silkscreen

This is a discussion about cant use fonts like sevenet or silkscreen in the Windows Software category; i have winxp and i saw that ppl are using two fonts for displaying texts (prop->advanced blah) and they change font to that types. why i cant? they are true type??? there is none of that two fonts in my selection box in display properties.
