This is a discussion about Carnivores in the Windows Games category; Hi Guys, I have been trying to run Carivores Iceage. As soon as I run it, it says Heap Allocation Error! and terminates back to the desktop. I tried ACT to check for Page Heap stuff but I couldnt understand and it didn't work either.

I have been trying to run Carivores Iceage. As soon as I run it, it says "Heap Allocation Error!" and terminates back to the desktop. I tried ACT to check for Page Heap stuff but I couldnt understand and it didn't work either.

if you use apcompat.exe, there is a choice to "Disable Heap Manager on Windows 2000".... see if that works...
