Chameleon's Voodoo 3 Drivers, W2k Build 2176 and Direct3D
This is a discussion about Chameleon's Voodoo 3 Drivers, W2k Build 2176 and Direct3D in the Windows Hardware category; Hello, I just installled Chameleons V3 drivers under build 2176 and the annyoing error box I used to get when running Unreal Tourney finally went away. . . And more importantly Q3A FINALLY works! However, I was checking around and I noticed that under the properties tab that the Direct3D options were greyed out.
Hello,
I just installled Chameleons V3 drivers under build 2176 and the annyoing error box I used to get when running Unreal Tourney finally went away... And more importantly Q3A FINALLY works! However, I was checking around and I noticed that under the properties tab that the Direct3D options were greyed out. Also no Direct3d driver info was available even though glide and all else seemed to be working fine. Does this mean I don't have D3D? Anyone have a fix for this? Thanx!
p.s. Has anyone been able to get Q3A 1.09 (the new DemoTest) to work with Win2k and a BP6 in SMP mode? Just wondering!

D3D Works fine. This is a hack from a few drivers put together. So don't worry. They will fix t in the final driver release.
