Im desperate (also posted in news://comp.os.ms-windows.nt, sorry) please help;
Each time i boot my system (Win2k Pro) Chkdsk comes up and starts to scan my
C:\ (NTFS)... when its ready it doesnt tell anything about fixed errors, and
just reboots the machine and starts scanning again, reboots, scans, reboots
etc. Its keeps going in a loop...
I tried the NtfsChk.exe util from Winternals already and it Does report
about fixed errors when it scans C:\ (even wthout the /F parameter!) but
doesnt fix enough to prevent the Chkdsk-loop..

Im really desperate about how to fix this, i havent defragmented my C:\
since this prob started .. my C:\ is already 25% fragmented. Norton cant
defrag it, it reports about the error too.

Please help,
Every suggestion will be greatly appreciated !

Thanks for yer time
