Creative Labs MiniGL for Quake 3 in Win2k?

This is a discussion about Creative Labs MiniGL for Quake 3 in Win2k? in the Windows Games category; Does anyone know how to get the latest MiniGL for the 3D Blaster Banshee to work with Quake 3 1. 07? I tried making a batch file that replaces the opengl32. dll in the WinNT/System32 directory with the CL one, but that doesen't work with Q3 either.

Does anyone know how to get the latest MiniGL for the 3D Blaster Banshee to work with Quake 3 1.07? I tried making a batch file that replaces the opengl32.dll in the WinNT/System32 directory with the CL one, but that doesen't work with Q3 either. I also tried renaming the CL opengl32.dll to 3dfxvgl.dll and it doesen't work. So right now I have to run the 3dfxvgl.dll that came with the Quake3 certified drivers, which does work, but has the graphic and texture problems, along with being slower than the CL opengl32.dll in Win98. Thanks for your time.
