Descent3 & G400
This is a discussion about Descent3 & G400 in the Windows Games category; Installed a new G400 dualhead card and Descent 3. Runs soooooo slowly that it is unusable. Downloaded the D3 demo 2. It installs. On the setup page, the DirectX tab shows that DirectX version is 3. 0, on the video tab no rendering device is listed.

Downloaded the D3 demo 2. It installs. On the setup page, the DirectX tab shows that DirectX version is 3.0, on the video tab no rendering device is listed. Shouldn't at least the DirectX device be listed?
Where does one find OpenGL drivers for this card. I've been to the Matrox site and could not find them.
Sure would like to get D3 working.
