devldr32 lockup - anyone know how to fix?

This is a discussion about devldr32 lockup - anyone know how to fix? in the Windows Hardware category; Anyone know how to fix Creative's infamous devldr32. exe lockup when trying to shut down or reboot? Or to keep it from loading twice in memory when one goes stale? I think this is the source of a lot of my problems (yes, using Liveware 2k fresh).
