Dialing in outlook 2000

This is a discussion about Dialing in outlook 2000 in the Windows Hardware category; I used to be able to right click on a contact in Outlook and dial their number with my PCI modem. I have not been able to do this in Win 2000. I get the error message An internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer I get similar messages when trying to use the Phone Dialer included with Win 2000.
