Diamond Stealth S80 / incompatabile with XP SP2

Just bought a new Diamond Stealth S80 video card, found out it cause all sorts of problems with Windows XP Home Edition (Service Pack 2) Error (0xc0000142) for everything from my Windows profile/user name to my Internet connection.

I have yet to find a new compatible driver for XP SP2. Any suggestions?
