The Win9x upgrade folder is for the people who don't know how to install NT right and want to upgrade their existing 9x to NT.
A sure fire method of checking to see if you have the "Final" version is to look at the box it came in.
You could also look and see if the CD has the holographic image on it. If it does than you are good to go. If not I would suggest that you go out and BUY the "Final" version.

It’s not that I’m against pirating, it just irritates me when people are so damned obvious about it.
