Yeah, you can get it at:
http://premium.microsoft.com/directx

You need to be a registered beta tester though. I'm not sure if the final DX7 for win2k will be released before win2k is final.

I've been watching for it, I frequent BetaNews and DemoNews. One of the sites spoke of an immenent final release of DX7, will post when available....
