Dont have proper encryption level for remote connection??
This is a discussion about Dont have proper encryption level for remote connection?? in the Windows Hardware category; I try to access my computer at home from a computer here at work and when i try I get Quote:you do not have the proper encryption level for this session. both computers are running build 2465. Anyone know what to do i didnt run across this answer in the great 'Help Center' that winXP provides.

Just a thought: are you logged on as the administrator on both?

yeah it seems to be a known bug in 2465. It doesnt matter who is logged on the remote machine anyway since it prompts you for a UN/PW anyway.
