Why the hell do you want to turn it off?.....

OP
Sometimes when a program crash, my harddrives goes nuts for a couple minutes, and I have to delete a f* file somewhere in C: . When my programs crash, I want them to quit immediately. Could I get serious problems doing that?

You can turn this log file creation off from Drwatson. Just run drwtsn32 and uncheck the box "create crash dump file". That solved it on my computer.

Open regedit,
Goto HKLM/software/microsoft/windows NT/Current Version and delete the aeDebug Hive.
No more Dr.Watson
The Log files are meant to tell you what files caused your app to fail. Have you read the log files?
