Dsl Creates phone line noise w/ microfilters installed!
This is a discussion about Dsl Creates phone line noise w/ microfilters installed! in the Windows Networking category; I just upgraded to dsl and i was told to put microfilters (i think z-filters) on every line not using dsl. well i did that but i still get a small hum/crackel annoying noise. does anyone have this problem? Do you have more than one phone line in your house? I read in one of the manuals that the microfilters only work on Line 1, although I couldn't say why that is..
