Edit the boot.ini file in the root of c:\

goto start\control panel\system\advanced\startup and recovery then you can change the default os and decide how long it will wait before booting.

LOL.. too funny.. The 2nd post was correct.. Edit the Boot.ini but its a read only file. You must remove read only 1st and then you edit the file... But be careful. DONT screw it up.

Right click on My Computer
Select properties
Select Startup and Recovery
Change Default operating system under drop down box.
