Dual (or Triple) Boot problem!
This is a discussion about Dual (or Triple) Boot problem! in the Windows Hardware category; I first installed win2k and some files were said to be not copied, so I tryed to uninstall it (it wasn't there). So I just erased it and whenever I restart my computer, I see the selection between Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional! How do I take it off?.

Goto your controll pannel, then system and in the last tab, their should be something called "startup and recovery" click that then set it up the way you want
edit boot.ini in your root dir
then delete the line with something like:
scsi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
and check the one which load the default partition.
that should do.

that should do.
If you want rid of the NT boot loader type "fdisk /mbr" in dos and you will return to the original win9x startup.
It's as easy as that.
