DVD Drive not detected, Works as regular cdrom drive fine th

This is a discussion about DVD Drive not detected, Works as regular cdrom drive fine th in the Windows Hardware category; My 5x DVDROM drive works fine as a cdrom, but if i try to view the contents of a dvd disc, nothing shows up. Any suggestions. .

Thats ok, I'll just continue booting back over into Win98SE to watch dvd's.
