Email attachments in Win2k

This is a discussion about Email attachments in Win2k in the Windows Software category; I have RC1 and every time I try to send email attachments larger than around 300k it freezes up and sends the recipient a bunch of weird stuff. I have tried both Outlook express, and Outlook 2K, I know its not my ISP because in Win98 I can send any size file with no probs.

I have RC1 and every time I try to send email attachments larger than around 300k it freezes up and sends the recipient a bunch of weird stuff. I have tried both Outlook express, and Outlook 2K, I know its not my ISP because in Win98 I can send any size file with no probs. Is there a setting I have set wrong? I have used all the default settings as far as I know. Please HELP!
