Encore DVD 3 software installation problems.

This is a discussion about Encore DVD 3 software installation problems. in the Windows Hardware category; I downloaded the beta drivers from sigmadesigns. com and installed them, however when I attempt to install the software program, it gives me an error message saying it is unable to detect the board. .
