Error message help!

This is a discussion about Error message help! in the Windows Software category; The instruction at 0x100019ff referenced memory at 0x00000056. The memory could not be read. I am getting this error at boot up. . . it is happening to spoolsv. exe. Any suggestions? I can no longer use my printer.

I am getting this error at boot up... it is happening to spoolsv.exe. Any suggestions?
