Everquest No 3d device found error

This is a discussion about Everquest No 3d device found error in the Windows Games category; I'm running win2k final w/ a tnt2 ultra, and when i start eq after the patch i get No 3d Device found I am using Detonator 3. 76. Any suggestions? please? thanks, -jester.
