This is a discussion about FCPGA Core in the Windows Hardware category; I have a couple questions on the core of my fcpga Celemine 600. . . (at 900+ for a week now) The flip chip design I have heard cannot be lapped. . . . is this true? and I have the golden orb cooler. .
I have a couple questions on the core of my fcpga Celemine 600...(at 900+ for a week now) The flip chip design I have heard cannot be lapped.... is this true? and I have the golden orb cooler....is it important for the heatsink to be touching anything else besides the core itself?
