flash 4
This is a discussion about flash 4 in the Windows Software category; i have a weird prob with ie5 and flash 4. before in win98, ie5 would download and install the pluggin without any prompts. now, in win2k, any site with flash doesn't load up and i it never installs. i checked install on demand in internet options, but that doesn't help.

i've tried that, but no prompts come up like the site says. it did for the shockwave pluggin, but not for flash. so any other suggestions?
You can goto http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/trial/ and download the flash demo. I think as part of the install it installs the plug-in. Hopefully this may help.
