Gear 4.4 & Yamaha 4260= No recorder unit found

This is a discussion about Gear 4.4 & Yamaha 4260= No recorder unit found in the Windows Software category; Anyone having problem with Gear 4. 4 Multimedia - Pro using Yamaha 4260 SCSI in Win2k? It reported No recorder unit found after scanning the SCSI port. I'm using the latest ASPI drivers and Easy CD creator has no trouble getting the drive at all.
