GeForce 256 - RC3 Build 2183 - v3.64/v3.56

I changed for an GeForce 256 (SDR) from Creative (Annihilator). Work fine under Win98 SE. Found Win2000 drivers on the net (v3. 56 and v3.

I changed for an GeForce 256 (SDR) from Creative (Annihilator). Work fine under Win98 SE.
Found Win2000 drivers on the net (v3.56 and v3.64).
But both drivers set didn't work for me...
Device did not start (code 10)
for the GeForce and Win2000 using VGA..
Did I made something wrong ?
(I have also tried to reinstall Win2000 [on a fresh formatted partition] but it didn't worked)
Some info:
ABIT BH6 Motherboard with Celeron 300A (at 450/100), 128 Mb of SDRam, Win2000 RC3 Build 2183 installed on an NTFS partition of 1 Gb.
Dual boot with Win98 SE (on FAT32)
Hope someone can help (or say it is normal!!)
