Genoa Video Capture Card

This is a discussion about Genoa Video Capture Card in the Windows Hardware category; I have a Genoa Systems TV Tuner/Video Capture card (PCI) that will not work with Win2000. It is the VideoMotion Series. Works just fine in Win98. Any suggestions on how to make this card work in Win200? If there is not a workable solution, any recommendations on an inexpensive capture card for Win2000? Thanks Dave.
