GPL 1.1 &voodoo banshee&w2000 2072
This is a discussion about GPL 1.1 &voodoo banshee&w2000 2072 in the Windows Games category; I have tried with Antony Toste cocktail driver for Q3test but GPL doesn't work. I have tried with various glide 2x versions: 2. 60. 0. 349 2. 60. 0. 350 2. 60. 0. 408 2. 60. 0. 409 (A. Toste) 2. 61. 0.

2.60.0.409 (A.Toste)
2.61.0.437
these have had different behaviors but nobody works correctly.
Some suggestion?

Problem solved.
at http://www.europe.soundblaster.com/techknow/tech/ftp/ftpnew.asp
I downloaded the last driver of 3D Blaster Banshee for nt4. Then I substituted in system32 directory the old glide with A. Toste glides:
glide2x 2.60.0408
glide3x 3.10.406
I didn't test with other games but finally
Gran Prix Legend works!!!

Download the Voodoo3 Windows NT Retail Drivers - AGP/PCI for Windows NT from here http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/ (Search for V3wn4.exe)
V3wn4.exe is selfextract to any temp folder of your chose
Glide2x.dll ver 2.60.00.0408
Glide3x.dll ver 3.10.00.0406
my opinion:
remember this glide works correctly for GPL 1.1 if you have CREATIVE BANSHEE BLASTER and you must put this in system32 directory after installation of last creative driver for win nt4. I tested it with build 2072.
