Well, I can´t even find this offset...
I have have a question to the
"NT Compatible"-Team :
Is the english or american GTA2.EXE different from the german one ?
If it is so, can you try to find the offset for the german gta2.exe.

The GTA2 workaround for NT4 is for the demo not the full game.

This might help you find the offset in the full game. The directx version test is the jnb above the string reference to "ERROR: Incorrect version of DirectX" in the demo. If you find this offset, just change the jnb to jmp. AKA 73 to EB.
