I wasn't sure what the hell you were talking about until I went to Guillemot's site. I would have say Yes, that they SHOULD include a control panel of sorts, and TV and DVI out. The original Guillemot driver release was nothing more than the Nvidia reference drivers with a different .inf file.
I'm guessing they will still be 3.78 or maybe 3.79 with full control panel.
I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Crap I just loaded the beta ones. Well, just have to wait and see if these are finals or not.

I got the beta drivers from www.planetgeforce.com
There is a link on the front page
So far they are very stable and I have only had a problem one time as of date.

Guillemot had a press release on their site saying final drivers on Monday, March 13th. That never happened. Now, they look like liars.
