Guillemot Maxi Studio ISIS
This is a discussion about Guillemot Maxi Studio ISIS in the Windows Hardware category; I've got the Guillemot Maxi Studio ISIS but no drivers for Windows 2000. And Guillemot Support says there won't be any Windows 2000 drivers for this soundcard available and they might possibly develop drivers but they don't know when.

I tried the ESS Maestro2E drivers from ESS Technologies but they didn't work. I was able to install them without errors but I can't hear something (((
I hope anybody knows a solution for my problem. Because Guillemot says Win 2000 is a professional operating system (the Soundcard not??????) For $400 I think I bought a good soundcard but this doesn't seem so! ((((

Seems really stupid, but have you tried to install the Windows 98 drivers over win2k?
I say this because to a course I attended on Windows 2000 they told me to try Windows 98 Drivers, because at Microsoft have developed a new type of drivers, WDM I think, that are compatible with Win98...I can't believe this and haven't tried, but as a last resort why not to try?
Are there no drivers for Windows NT? Bear in mind that Windows 2000 is in fact Windows NT 5.0...
