Half-Life crash problem!!!

This is a discussion about Half-Life crash problem!!! in the Windows Games category; I start to play Halflife on a server, then the image suddenly freezes. . and then I have to restart my machine. . . I NEED to play CS, so can anybody help me ?? Thanks.
